One of the best clients ever...

One day a couple walked past me as I was sweeping a sidewalk at home with one of my for sale signs in the yard.  The couple smiled, said hi and walked on by.  A few steps on, she spoke to him, he nodded.  They stopped and turned around.  They asked what I was doing.  I explained that the sellers had young children and had not had time to tidy up before the coming showing.  So I volunteered.  That was all they needed to hear.  I sold their condo, helped them buy a house, found a realtor to sell their out-of-state mountain home, helped her sister's neighbor sell her home.  Sold her sister's home and helped her sister buy a new home.  I think the original client is now thinking about moving again.  Maybe she'll call me...
